Head Start / ECEAP Childcare Services
Spokane Head Start / Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) / and early Head Start will resume in-person childcare services Monday, September 28, 2020, at a reduced student capacity.
Eligibility
The early Head Start program enrolls children from birth to 3 years of age (Pregnant Moms, Infants & Toddlers)
The ECEAP / Head Start program enrolls children 3 – 4 years of age.
ECEAP accepts families at or below 110% of the federal poverty level, while Head Start and Early Head Start accept families at or below 130%. Priority is given to families 100% and below. Please see the 2020 Income Guidelines below.
